Montreal Black Film Festival Poster

I submitted this poster to the 2019 Montreal International Black Film Festival poster competition. I chose to feature a clapperboard in the foreground of the poster to convey the purpose of the festival, to showcase films, and added clouds and sky to the background to emphasize the roles that dreams and the imagination play in creating and developing films. Finally, I used pastel colors to soften the design and make it more pleasing to the eye.
